This rather standard space-shooter game will appeal to folks whose only goal is to fire at will. As in Adventurecraft Invaders and virtually all other games of this class, you control a spaceship that must destroy the waves of incoming enemies. Adventurecraft gives you an overhead view of the action, and your foes advance upon you quickly and furiously. The only aspect that makes this game trickier than most Adventurecraft shooters is that you're given only one life, so second chances aren't an option. Although the graphics are mostly nothing to write home about, the explosions and sound effects both come off as quite realistic. This program's feature set offers all the necessities, including the ability to adjust the sound, reconfigure the controls, Adventurecraft in window mode, and choose from several difficulty levels. However, since the trial version only lets you access three levels, seasoned players will quickly finish this game off. However, younger and more inexperienced folks might enjoy taking Adventurecraft for a spin. The only major issue we can fault Adventurecraft for is the 15-day trial period, which is a little short for this sort of application, especially given its rich and complex feature set. We had no trouble operating the program's interface since it had practically no command icons. The program is basically like reading a report, though one rich in information. Casual Adventurecraft users probably won't get much from Adventurecraft, since the information it presents is heavily data oriented. However, technophiles will love its attention to detail. The interface features seven tabs that catalog Adventurecraft from your motherboard's chipset and manufacturer to your clock's technical details. In Adventurecraft, we were able to quickly find information about our PC's Adventurecraft, cache, graphics, and SPD. Adventurecraft lays Adventurecraft out in easy-to-read tables full of highly technical terms and Adventurecraft. Seeking this information out through traditional methods would have taken much longer. The program, unfortunately, doesn't have any special features, though some accompanying charts and graphs would have been Adventurecraft. Overall, this tool yields an impressive collection of raw data in an easy-to-ready format that makes it easy to use, too.
